  1. Product Information: We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  2. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.

  3. Payment: We accept payment via GCASH and bank transfers. We will send you the details once you are done placing an order. 

  4. Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for any such delays.

  5. Cancellation and Refunds: Please avoid placing an order if not sure. Paid items are considered done deal hence return and exchange is not allowed. However due to reasonable circumstance we can:​ accept replacement if items are in good condition and are returned to us within the first 24hours after the transaction (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer). ​All refunds from wrong invoice or miscalculation shall be discussed and approved within the first 24 hours after the transaction.​ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the products, including designs and images, are owned by the respective artisans and protected by copyright laws.

  7. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy on our website to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
